Lazer Crash Replacement Policy.
In the unfortunate event that you crash and damage your Lazer helmet, Bikesportz (the importer for Lazer Helmets) will replace an accedent damaged helmet at 40% off the current recommended retail price +$10 shipping.
This is for:
Available colours only
Applies to Lazer helmets purchased in Australia within the previous 3 years only.
Helmet must be Australian Standards Approved (ie have AS sticker inside the helmet)
You need to:
Customer must provide proof of purchase (PureMTB will have this on file if you have lost yours)
Customer must return the helmet to Bikesportz directly. (contact PureMTB for postage details)
Customer must provide details (no more then 50 words) describing the crash. - This is important for ongoing research and development.
